President
Jamie Dawson is the Founder and President of Aspire Real Estate + Development and Aspire Homes in Raleigh, North Carolina. With more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, land brokerage, development, and construction, he specializes in guiding projects from acquisition through completion. An Accredited Land Consultant (ALC), Jamie is known for his practical, relationship-driven approach to development.
Bert Fox
Partner
Bert Fox is a Partner at Aspire Real Estate + Development, where she leads pre-development services, project feasibility analysis, and business development initiatives. An experienced urban designer and planning executive, Bert brings extensive expertise in transit oriented development, master planning, economic development, mixed-use projects, and public engagement. Her strategic approach helps clients evaluate opportunities, mitigate risk, and create successful, community-focused development projects.
Amir Aziz
Partner
Amir Aziz is the Business Head at Aspire Homes and a Partner at Aspire Real Estate + Development. Originally from Karachi, Pakistan, he moved to the United States in 2001 and earned a degree in Business Economics from The College of Wooster. With over 20 years of experience running businesses across real estate, international trade, and travel, Amir brings a diverse perspective and a passion for building successful projects and lasting relationships.
Terry Evans

Terry Evans is a Commercial Real Estate Advisor with Aspire Real Estate + Development, specializing in commercial sales and leasing, land acquisition, development, and investment properties across North Carolina. With more than 35 years of experience in construction, development, brokerage, and sales, Terry brings practical insight and hands-on expertise to help clients uncover opportunities, navigate complex transactions, and maximize value.
Wyatt Mattingly

Rooted in faith, family, and service, Wyatt believes successful real estate transactions begin with trust and strong relationships. Over the past six years, he has built experience in commercial brokerage while also serving as a commercial property manager for approximately 70 commercial units. Today, Wyatt serves clients as the founder of Capital Property Management and as a commercial broker with Aspire Real Estate + Development, helping clients navigate investment, leasing, and property management opportunities with confidence.

Jamie Ferguson is a housing advocate, community leader, and residential development professional passionate about creating housing choices that strengthen communities. Drawing on more than 20 years of experience in finance and real estate, she helps clients identify opportunities, navigate complex projects, and bring creative housing solutions to life. Known for her collaborative approach and deep local expertise, Jamie connects people, possibilities, and trusted partners to build a better future.
Spencer Mobley
Broker
Spencer Mobley was born and raised in Raleigh, and has been a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina since 2017. Since that time, he has handled a variety of commercial, land, and residential transactions. Spencer received a BA in Government from Campbell University in 2011 and MPA from UNC-Pembroke in 2016. He is also the owner of Elevation Music Supply, has one son, and resides in Benson, NC.
