From your first consultation to the final walkthrough, our team is committed to clear communication, thoughtful planning, and exceptional craftsmanship.
1 Initial consultation
Every project starts with a conversation.
We'll meet to discuss your vision, goals, budget, timeline, and overall expectations. This is our opportunity to learn about your project, answer your questions, and determine the best path forward.
2 Site evaluation
Our team visits your property to evaluate the project firsthand.
For new construction, we'll review the lot and site conditions. For renovations and additions, we'll assess the existing home and discuss design possibilities, structural considerations, and
any potential challenges.
3 Design and planning
Once we're aligned on the project direction, we begin the planning phase.
Working with architects, engineers, designers, and other consultants as needed, we'll develop the plans, refine the project scope, discuss selections, and prepare a detailed proposal.
This phase helps ensure expectations are clearly defined before construction begins.
4 Proposal and agreement
Before construction starts, we'll review your proposal together.
You'll receive a detailed scope of work, pricing, timeline expectations, and project documentation so you can move forward with confidence.
5 Construction
After permits are approved and preparations are complete, construction begins.
Your project is managed by our experienced team, who coordinate trades, monitor quality, and keep you informed throughout every phase. We'll communicate regularly, provide progress updates, and work closely with you to address questions or decisions along the way.
6 Final walkthrough
As your project nears completion, we'll perform a comprehensive walkthrough together.
We'll review every detail, complete any remaining punch-list items, and ensure everything meets our quality standards before we consider the project complete.
