JAMIE DAWSON
President
Born and raised in Raleigh, Jamie leveraged his more than 20 years of real estate experience to found Aspire Homes in 2011, as an extension of his residential and commercial Real Estate practices, creating a one-stop shop for those seeking tailored solutions for all real estate needs including new construction, renovations, additions and more.
J Adam Hancock
Construction Manager
J Adam Hancock, is a third-generation homebuilder from Louisville, Kentucky. He brings a keen aesthetic sense, 20 years of building experience and construction management to Aspire. With a passion for building, he takes pride in finding creative ways to blend architectural craftsmanship with comfortable functionality.
AMIR AZIZ
Business Manager
Amir Aziz was born and raised in Karachi, Pakistan. He moved to the USA in 2001 for his undergraduate degree in Business Economics from the College of Wooster, Ohio. Amir has worked in numerous trades, including the Travel & Tour, Import & Export and Real Estate businesses. This varied background serves him well as the business manager for Aspire Homes. He has been a Raleigh resident since 2010 & has held a NC Real Estate License since 2011. Amir is passionate about real estate investments, traveling, cooking and loves spending time with his daughter.
ERIC PLANT
Site Supervisor
Eric Plant is a Raleigh native with over 20 years of construction trade experience under his belt. He has expertise in both rough and finish carpentry, as well as tile. After spending a considerable amount of time in Alaska learning how things are built in a remote setting, he returned to his hometown and has been a subcontractor for Aspire Homes for almost 10 years. In late 2022, Eric officially joined the Aspire team as a site supervisor.
Derrick Sabol
Project Manager
Derrick Sabol began his career in construction 17 years ago after graduating from UNC Charlotte. He’s held a variety of construction positions including; AmeriCorps member with Habitat for Humanity, facilities maintenance, land development, and project management. The past decade he’s focused on managing new home construction projects, residential and commercial renovations, and historical remodels. He now brings his communication and organizational expertise to Aspire Homes as a Project Manager. In his free time he enjoys fly fishing, Jiu Jitsu, and spending time with his wife and two children.
