JAMIE DAWSON
Born and raised in Raleigh, Jamie leveraged his more than 15 years of real estate experience to found Aspire Homes as an extension of The Dawson Group realty, creating a one-stop shop for those seeking tailored solutions for all real estate needs including new construction, renovations, additions and more.
CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
ADAM HANCOCK
J. Adam Hancock, is a third-generation homebuilder from Louisville, Kentucky. He brings a keen aesthetic sense, 16 years of building experience, and thirteen years in construction management to Aspire. A passion for building, he takes pride in finding creative ways to blend architectural craftsmanship with comfortable functionality. Adam is rapidly building a reputation in the Triangle area for excellence in artisanal details.
BUSINESS MANAGER
Amir aziz
Amir Aziz was born and raised in Karachi, Pakistan. He moved to the USA in 2001 for his undergraduate degree in Business Economics from the College of Wooster, Ohio. Amir has worked in numerous trades, including the Travel & Tour, Import & Export and Real Estate businesses. This varied background serves him well as the business manager for Aspire Homes. He has been a Raleigh resident since 2010 & has held a NC Real Estate License since 2011. Amir is passionate about real estate investments, traveling, cooking and loves spending time with his wife and daughter.
